Appointment Booking Terms
1. Arrival Time
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
- If late more than 30 minutes, the appointment will be rescheduled.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the time of service.
- We accept cash and major credit cards.
- 50% Down-payment is required before accepting the appointment request.
3. VIP Membership Terms and Conditions:
- For daily and monthly promotional offers please visit our Facebook page.
- Laceskinscence reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- This card is non-transferable, convertible to cash, and is valid for Silang & Tagaytay branches only.
4. Terms and Conditions for Coupons:
- Non-transferable.
- 10% Discount is for regular rates only.
- Not applicable for promo services and packages.
- Regular rates apply as basis for discount promos.
- Cannot be deduct or combined with other promotions.
5. Health and Safety
- Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons.
6. Service Duration
- Service times are approximate and may vary.
- Additional services may require extra time and cost.
